Clean Harbors Q4 Profit Edges Up, Backs 2015 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Clean Harbors, Inc. (CLH) reported that fourth-quarter net income increased to $27.38 million or $0.46 per share from $26.80 million or $0.44 per share in the prior-year quarter.

Results for the latest quarter include pre-tax integration and severance costs of $0.5 million, while the year-ago quarter included $2.2 million of the same costs.

On average, 11 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.32 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues for the quarter declined to $845.02 million from $879.43 million in the same quarter last year. Analysts expected revenue of $835.96 million for the quarter.

Looking ahead to the first quarter of fiscal 2015, the company expects to generate adjusted EBITDA in a range of $83 million to $90 million.

For fiscal 2015, Clean Harbors is reiterating its previously announced adjusted EBITDA guidance in the range of $530 million to $570 million.
