Change of number of shares and voting rights in ZetaDisplay

Malmö - ZetaDisplay AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: ZETA) has, as previously announced, completed the last exercise period of ZETA TO 1. Subscription of new shares with exercise of the warrants has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in ZetaDisplay.

The total number of ordinary shares and votes after the change amounts to 26,800,011.

All shares are ordinary shares. The company has no own shares.
