Change in number of shares and votes in TransAtlantic

The rights issue recently carried out by Rederi AB TransAtlantic (STO:RABTB) has resulted in the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during June 2014 by 29,574,052 shares (1,939,157 A-shares and 27,634,895 B-shares) and 47,026,465 votes, respectively. As of 30 June 2014, there are in total 177,444,318 shares (11,634,946 A-shares and 165,809,372 B-shares) and 282,158,832 votes in the company.
