CEO Tomas Franzen Resigns from Eniro
Tomas Franzen has accepted a new position as CEO of Com Hem (a private equity owned Swedish triple play operator) and therefore decided to leave his position as President and CEO of Eniro.
Tomas Franzen has been the President and CEO of Eniro (STO:ENRO) since June 1, 2004 and will stay in his position until the middle of May 2008, over the first quarter report and the AGM.
"At Eniro, Tomas Franzen restructured the company and focused its activities on the Nordic region and online growth. The Board expresses its satisfaction with the results Mr. Franzen has achieved during his four years at Eniro and wishes him all the best in his future assignment", says Lars Berg, Chairman of the Board. The search for a new President and CEO has been initiated.
