Cemat Raises FY26 Guidance

(RTTNews) - Cemat A/S (CEMAT.CO) raised its financial guidance for 2026 following the successful sale of 103 apartments, the reservation of the remaining two units in Moje Bielany 1, and the signing of a conditional agreement for the retail component.

Consolidated revenue for the year is now expected to reach between 86 million Danish Kroner and 88 million Kroner.

The Group's EBITDA for 2026 is expected to be in the range of 16.5 million Kroner -17.2 million Kroner, compared with the prior outlook of 13.8 million Kroner - 14.8 million Kroner.

CeMat also expects to deliver a positive net result of approximately 9.9 million Kroner to 10.9 million Kroner in 2026. compared with the previously announced outlook of 8.0 million Kroner - 9.0 million Kroner, before taking into account any valuation adjustments related to investment properties.
