CDK Global Appoints Brian MacDonald To Succeed Steven Anenen As CEO

(RTTNews) - CDK Global, Inc. (CDK) Wednesday said Brian MacDonald, director will succeed Steven Anenen as chief executive officer, effective June 30, 2016. Anenen, after four decades of career, will step down from the current post once the transition has been completed.

On January 1, 2016, MacDonald will become the president and will work closely with Anenen to ensure a smooth transition.

Most recently, MacDonald was the president and CEO of Hertz Rental Equipment Corp. and prior to that he was the president and CEO of ETP Holdco Corp. and as president and CEO of Sunoco.
