CDC Software Secures $30 million in New Financing to Fuel Expansion Plans

CDC Software Corporation (NASDAQ:CDCS), a hybrid enterprise software provider of on-premise and cloud deployments, today announced it has secured $30 million in new financing from Wells Fargo Capital Finance LLC, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC).

CDC Software plans to use the four-year senior secured revolving credit facility for, among other things, general corporate purposes, strategic growth initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, working capital and capital expenditures.
