Camurus AB: Change in the Number of Shares and Votes in Camurus

Camurus AB (publ) (STO:CAMX) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per 30 December 2015 amounts to 37,281,486 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the three new share issues of in total 12,072,926 shares which were carried out in connection with the listing of the company’s share on Nasdaq Stockholm on 3 December 2015.
