Brookfield Wealth Solutions Reports Lower Net Income In Q2

(RTTNews) - Thursday, Brookfield Wealth Solutions Ltd. (BNT) announced second-quarter financial results, reporting a decline in net income despite strong revenue growth in the period.

Net income totaled $149 million compared to $516 million in the prior year.

Total revenues for the quarter increased to $4.217 billion from last year's $3.037 billion, mainly due to higher net premiums and other policy revenue as well as net investment income, including funds withheld.

Distributable operating earnings were $488 million compared to $398 million in the second quarter of 2025.

BNT closed trading at $44.84, down 0.99 percent on the NYSE.
