Brookfield Completes Tender Offer For Preferred Shares Of MPG Office Trust

(RTTNews) - Brookfield Office Properties Inc. (BPO) Tuesday said that units of the DTLA Fund, DTLA Fund Holding Co. and Brookfield DTLA Fund Properties Holding Inc. completed their previously announced tender offer to purchase shares of preferred stock of MPG Office Trust, Inc. (MPG).

All shares that have been validly tendered and not properly withdrawn have been accepted for purchase. Payment for such shares will be made promptly in accordance with the terms of the tender offer and merger agreement at the offer price of $25 per share. On October 9, BPO and MPG announced that they expect to consummate the REIT Merger on October 15.
