Brodsky & Smith Announces Investigation Of Board Of Directors Of Courier

(RTTNews) - Law office of Brodsky & Smith, LLC said it is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Courier Corp. (CRRC) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the sale of the company to Quad/Graphics, Inc. (QUAD).

It was on January 16 that Quad/ Graphics and Courier jointly announced a definitive agreement for Quad/Graphics to acquire Courier, in a transaction valued at approximately $260 million, including approximately $25 million in net debt and capital leases as of December 31, 2014. Courier is America's second largest book manufacturer, headquartered in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
