(RTTNews) - Bristow Group Inc. (BRSWQ) has filed a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization with the Bankruptcy Court. The company reaffirmed its plan to emerge from Chapter 11 in the fourth quarter of calendar 2019. The company said its plan of reorganization outlines a proposed path to emerge from bankruptcy by strengthening balance sheet, reducing debt and improving liquidity.
