Brink's Co. Q4 Adj. Earnings Decline

(RTTNews) - Brink's Co. (BCO) Thursday announced a narrower net loss attributable to the company in the fourth quarter to $3.6 million or $0.07 per share from net loss of $47.2 million or $0.96 per share last year. On an adjusted basis, earnings declined to $0.55 per share from $0.58 per share last year.

On average, two analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.40 per share. Analysts estimates usually exclude special items.

Revenue for the quarter declined to $765.8 million from $881.2 million in the prior year. Wall Street expects $754.47 million.
