Brinker Int'l CFO Guy Constant Resigns - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Brinker International, Inc. (EAT) Thursday said Guy Constant has resigned as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of Global Business Development.

Marie Perry, SVP, Treasurer and Controller for Brinker, will takeover Guy's responsibilities on an interim basis. Meanwhile, the company will commence an internal and external search for a successor.

Additionally, Brinker said it has promoted Kelli Valade to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Chili's. Jeffrey Hoban has been named Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Brinker.
