TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 2005--Borland Software Corporation (Nasdaq:BORL), a global leader for Software Delivery Optimization(TM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Masaya Kawahara as president and representative director of Borland Japan, effective immediately.
