CHICAGO, Jan. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of GCM Grosvenor Inc. (Nasdaq: GCMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share on the outstanding Class A common stock of GCMG.  The Board's declaration is consistent with GCM Grosvenor management's previously disclosed recommendation included in its public filing on November 19, 2020.  The dividend is payable on March 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2021.
