BMTC Group Inc. announces change to financial year-end

MONTREAL, Dec. 13, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - BMTC Group Inc. (the "Corporation") announces that the Corporation's financial year-end will change from December 31 to January 31. The change of year-end is effective as of the present financial year. As a result, the reporting period for the next audited annual financial statements will be for the thirteen-month period ending on January 31, 2018. Starting on February 1, 2018, the Corporation's new periods of the interim financial statements will be for the quarters ending on April 30, July 31, October 31, respectively.
