Black Box Posts Q4 Loss - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Black Box Corporation (BBOX) Thursday reported fourth-quarter loss of $135.0 million or $8.65 per share, compared to a profit of $7.2 million or $0.44 per share in the same period last year.

Operating earnings for the quarter were $7.6 million or $0.48 per share.

Revenues improved slightly to $238.3 million from $237.7 million last year.

Looking ahead to the first quarter, the company has forecast operating earnings in the range of $0.40 to $0.45 per share, with revenues ranging between $240 million and $245 million.

For the fiscal year 2014, the company currently projects operating earnings in the range of $2.07 to $2.27 per share, with revenues ranging between $985 million and $1.005 billion.
