BioVie Prices Public Offering Of 2.50 Mln Shares At $8.00/shr

(RTTNews) - BioVie Inc. (BIVI) said that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 2.50 million shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $20 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses.

In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 45 day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments at the offering price, less the underwriting discount.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for general corporate purposes.
