BioInvent: Change in the number of shares and votes in BioInvent International AB

BioInvent International AB (publ) (STO:BINV) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per 29 April 2016 amounts to 282,721,619 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the rights issue of 97,751,376 shares and from the directed issue of 22,051,282 shares to Omega Fund IV, announced on 16 February 2016.
