Bilfinger: Two Supervisory Board Candidates Withdraw At Short Notice
(RTTNews) - Bilfinger SE (BFLBY.PK) reported that current Supervisory Board member John Feldmann informed that he will no longer be available for re-election at the AGM due to differences of opinion with regard to the strategy and positioning of the company.
The company said, current Supervisory Board member Hans Peter Ring also informed that he also will not be available for re-election to the Supervisory Board for personal reasons.
