Brussels, 26 January 2016 (5:35 pm CET) - On 25 January 2016, Timothy C. Collins and affiliated entities notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that their shareholding in BHF KB had crossed downward, on 19 January 2016, the threshold of 3% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and that they no longer held any share in BHF KB.
