BHF Kleinwort Benson: Transparency Declaration Notification (Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007) - Oddo & Cie SCA and Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC

Brussels, 2 December 2015 - On 27 November 2015, Oddo & Cie SCA and Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that they concluded a conditional share purchase agreement on 24 November 2015 pursuant to which they act in concert, crossing the threshold of 30% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounting to 43,603,454 shares representing 32.97% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
