Brussels, 2 December 2015 - On 27 November 2015, Oddo & Cie SCA notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that its shareholding in BHF KB had crossed upward, on 25 November 2015, the threshold of 20% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounted to 27,771,800 shares representing 21.00% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
