BHF Kleinwort Benson : Transparency Declaration Notification (Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007) - Oddo & Cie SCA
Brussels, 4 August 2015 - On 3 August 2015, Oddo & Cie SCA notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that its shareholding in BHF KB had crossed upward, on 28 July 2015, the threshold of 15% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounted to 19,991,348 shares representing 15.12% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
