Brussels, 2 December 2015 - On 1 December 2015, BlackRock, Inc. and affiliates notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that their shareholding in BHF KB had crossed downward, on 25 November 2015, the threshold of 3% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounted to 1,831,475 shares representing 1.38% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
