Bankwell Financial Prices IPO At $18/shr - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Bankwell Financial Group Inc. (BWFG), the holding company for Bankwell Bank, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2.70 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $48.6 million.
The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on May 15, 2014 under the ticker symbol "BWFG."
Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a Stifel Company, are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
