Badger Licensing LLC Announces New President and Leadership Team

Mark Healey has been appointed president of Badger Licensing LLC (Badger), a leading licensor of value-added process technologies for the production of phenolics and styrenics. Coincident with this announcement, Paul Calnan has been appointed vice president of Licensing and Operations and Kevin Fallon has been named vice president of Technology and Strategy. Completing the leadership team are Maria Walsh, general counsel and Paul Jurgelewicz, chief financial officer.

"We will build on our tradition of continually improving and expanding our technology offerings and delivering cost-effective solutions to our customers."

Badger Licensing LLC, headquartered in Cambridge, MA, is a joint venture of affiliates of The Shaw Group (NYSE: SHAW) and ExxonMobil Chemical Company (NYSE: XOM). Badger Licensing is principally engaged in marketing, licensing, and developing technologies for ethylbenzene, styrene monomer, cumene, and bisphenol A. The joint venture also supplies basic engineering packages for the licensed processes through Shaw and facilitates catalyst supply to its licensees through ExxonMobil Catalyst Technologies LLC.
