AXA announces the placement of Euro 750 million senior notes due 2034

AXA today announced the placement of Euro 750 million of Reg S senior unsecured notes due 2034 (the “Notes”) with institutional investors. The settlement of the Notes is expected to take place on May 31, 2024.The Notes will have a fixed annual coupon of 3.375% and are expected to be rated A+ by Standard & Poor’s and A1 by Moody’s.This issuance is part of AXA Group’s funding plan for 2024 and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of part of the AXA Group’s outstanding debt.
