Pitot Static – Latest Designs and Reliability

For years, pitot static failures have been an ongoing theme at the AMC. Airlines have reported reliability issues and failures during taxi-out. The new aircraft fleets are now flying (B787, A320NEOS, B737MAX, A350, B777X), and people would like to know if there are new designs and if a newly-designed probe would be available on older aircraft types as retrofit.

Cost to attend the Avionics Maintenance Conference is $700. Members and Corporate Sponsors attend at no charge. For more information go to: https://www.aviation-ia.com/conferences/avionics-maintenance-conference-amc
