aufeminin Announces Strategic Appointments
Regulatory News:
Groupe aufeminin (Paris:FEM) (ISIN: FR0004042083, Ticker: FEM), 1st creator of communities, announces the reinforcement of its team with the appointment of Agnès Alazard as General Manager, along with Christophe Decker, under the chairmanship of Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon, and the nomination of four new managers of strategic directions attached to the General Management.
Agnès Alazard appointed Group’s General Director
Agnès Alazard, 39 years old, was appointed General Manager of the Group alongside Christophe Decker. Before joining aufeminin in 2007 as Deputy International Ad Sales Director, Agnès Alazard had spent 7 years at the international department of the group Express-Expansion. In September 2009, she took the lead of the French and international sales department, and was appointed General Director of this department in July 2010. Agnès Alazard graduated from the Institut d’études Politiques de Paris, and the London School of Economics.
Anthony Lepinay appointed Creative Director
Anthony Lepinay, 36 years old, joined the aufeminin Group on March 28, 2016, as Creative Director. Under the management of Laurent Mirguet, the Group’s technical director, he will steer all the French and International creative teams in order to reinforce the creative strategy of the Group’s media brands, notably aufeminin, Marmiton and Onmeda.
Anthony Lepinay was, since 2014, digital creative director of the Change agency. He also held the position of artistic director in DigitasLbi France from 2010 to 2014, as well as 360° creative director in the Inoxia agency, from 2005 to 2010, after having worked as artistic director of the M6 Web subsidiary of the group M6 Métropole Télévision, from 2000 to 2005.
An avid photographer, Anthony Lepinay is also an influential instagrammer in the field of urban photography, with 68,000 followers. Furthermore, he co-wrote a book published in 2015 by Jacques Marie Laffont Editions: « Comment voir la vie d’un œil neuf, sans passer six mois dans un monastère en Mongolie? », with Grégory Duquesne, strategic planning director in agency.
Pierre Niboyet appointed social production Director
Pierre Niboyet, 36 years old, was appointed social production Director on May 10, 2016. He will particularly be in charge of developing Gifted Agency, the new agency devoted to the talents and influencers of the aufeminin Group.
Gifted Agency will aim to reunite the most promising talents of the moment around a number of solid themes such as beauty, lifestyle, food or humor, to broaden their fame and enable collaborations with brands.
Since 2012, Pierre Niboyet was marketing Director for Deezer. He also held the positions of counseling Director for Lumata from 2011 to 2012, customer relationship manager for Kassius from 2010 to 2011, marketing and sales Director from 2007 to 2010 in Goodvirus, an agency he founded himself, as well as marketing Director for Remark Records/Warner Music France from 2006 to 2007, after having worked as product manager for Sony BMG Music France from 2003 to 2006.
Romain Campus appointed Mobile Director
Appointed Mobile Director on May 17, 2016, Romain Campus, 32 years old, will lead the mobile strategy for the group in France and internationally. His main mission will be to increase development of aufeminin’s applications, accelerate their monetization and develop new innovative technologies.
Romain Campus was, from 2014, marketing manager for CanalPlay. He also held the position of Business manager France for Deezer from 2012 to 2014, mobile product chief for Meetic from 2008 to 2010, Business developer for Hachette Filipacchi Médias from 2007 to 2008 and mobile product chief for Mondadori Digital from 2006 to 2007.
Samantha Fields appointed international operations manager
Samantha Fields, 31 years old, was appointed international operations manager on May 23, 2016. She will be in charge of increasing the group’s international expansion, today present in 21 countries, and enable coordination between country managers as well as synergy between subsidiaries.
Samantha Fields graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and holds a Master degree in communication from Sciences Po Paris, she has been responsible, since 2014, of the New York Times’ commercial development. She has also assisted TBWA France’s General Manager, Nicolas Bordas, from 2010 to 2014.
Samantha Fields co-teaches along with Nicolas Bordas, a course titled « Branding Fundamentals: Identity, Meaning & Experience », at Sciences Po Paris’ School of Communication.
