Global Service organization to provide their customers with a broad

of their customer offerings. We are pleased to announce that Metrosol,
Inc. will be the first customer to implement this program for its VUV
wavelength wafer fab optical metrology system.”

The company’s service personnel, spare parts
and RMA facilities are positioned to respond quickly to customer needs
in every major semiconductor manufacturing region across Asia, Europe,
Japan, the Middle East, and North America.
Asyst Partner Services can be tailored to the needs of each OEM customer
and can include installation services, on-site response capability,
