Astec Names Barry Ruffalo President & CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Astec Industries, Inc. (ASTE) has appointed Barry Ruffalo as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 12, 2019. On the same date, Richard Dorris, Interim Chief Executive Officer, will resume his role as Chief Operating Officer.

Ruffalo said: "I look forward to moving forward with measures to make Astec more profitable and agile while building on the strength of its world-class products."

Ruffalo previously worked with Valmont Industries, where he was Group President since 2016. Prior to this, Ruffalo worked with Lindsay Corp.

Ruffalo will also join the Board of Astec Industries as a Class I director.
