Trio-E is ideal for exterior commercial applications where green factors, strength, and aesthetics all play a role. The Trio-E door is part of a complete door opening, utilizing thermal break or kerf frames and PEMKO thermal barrier saddles, to offer the lowest operable U-Factor (measure of thermal resistance) in the industry, while maintaining the strength to withstand winds up to 100psf. The door is manufactured without any visible weld marks, to achieve a beautiful energy efficient opening.

The Trio-E has just been awarded United States and Canadian patents. Additionally, the Trio-E has self declared as a pilot manufacturer for the Health Product Declaration Collaborative, a standard format for conveying details about product content and associated health information. To add to the compilation of recent advancements, Trio-E has also disclosed a transparent list of manufacturing ingredients in order to be listed with Declare, in cooperation with one of the most groundbreaking restorative projects in the world, the Living Building Challenge. Additionally, Trio-E is GREENGUARD Gold certified. This certification offers stricter certification criteria and ensures that a product is acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.
