Arctic Paper: Dates of periodic reports publication in 2015

Management board of Arctic Paper S.A. (STO:ARP) herewith announces dates of publication of periodic reports in 2015 :

By this statement the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. confirms that the Company will be submitting consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial data as required under §83 section 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws number 33, item 259) ("Minister of Finance Regulation”). The Company will not publish the separate individual semi-annual report in accordance with § 83 section 3 of the Regulation.

The Company further confirms that, pursuant to §101 section 2 of the above Regulation, it will not be publishing consolidated quarterly report for the 4-th quarter 2014 and consolidated quarterly report for the 2-nd quarter of 2015.

This information is disclosed pursuant to the § 83 section 1 and 3 and § 103 section 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent and was submitted for publication on 23 January 2015 at 1:30 am CET, in reference to Arctic Paper’s current report no. 01/2015 filed with the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
