Arctic Paper: Contents of the draft resolutions of the ESM on September 14th 2016, including proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company”)(STO:ARP) submits the contents of the draft resolutions, which will be subject to discussion of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting dated September 14, 2016.

Concurrently with reference to the current report a list of proposed amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association shall be forwarded.
