AptarGroup, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend; Announces Fourth Quarter Conference Call and Annual Meeting Information

AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR): DIVIDEND The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYSE: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per share. The payment date is February 21, 2008, to stockholders of record as of January 31, 2008. FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL There will be a conference call on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST to discuss AptarGroup’s fourth quarter and annual results for 2007. AptarGroup plans to announce its fourth quarter and annual results on Thursday, February 7, 2008 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
