Appointments in the Finance Department of Korian

Regulatory News:

Jean-Brieuc Le Tinier, Group Chief Financial Officer, wishing to pursue new professional projects, announced that he would leave Korian (Paris:KORI) by 31 December, 2015. The Group wishes him a lot of success in his future projects.

Christian Chautard, Chairman of the Board and Group CEO on an interim basis, announced that he has hired a new Group CFO, in agreement with Sophie Boissard, upcoming Group CEO, who will join the Company on 1 March 2016 at the latest. His name will be announced at the beginning of next year. In the meantime, Didier Laurens, Investor Relations and Financing Director, is fulfilling the Group CFO position on an interim basis.

In addition, Laurence Branthomme, chartered accountant, former Finance Director for American Express Voyages d’affaires in France and former Director for Finance, Asset Management and Development of the Offering for JC Decaux France, is appointed Chief Financial Officer for France and will join Korian on 3 December 2015.
