Apartment Investment & Management Co. Earnings Rise 84% In Q4

(RTTNews) - Apartment Investment & Management Co. (AIV) announced a profit for its fourth quarter that rose compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $66.64 million, or $0.43 per share. This was up from $36.27 million, or $0.25 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 1.5% to $245.88 million. This was up from $242.18 million last year.
