Annaly Capital Appoints Glenn Votek As CFO

(RTTNews) - Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY) said Monday that it has appointed Glenn Votek as Chief Financial Officer.

Votek, who was was previously the company's Chief Administrative Officer, will also serve as a member of Annaly's Operating Committee.

Following an impressive career, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Annaly Capital since its founding, Kathryn Fagan has decided to retire.

Votek has over 20 years of financial and operational experience with particular expertise in risk management, capital raising, liability management and regulatory oversight. Votek joined Annaly Capital in May from CIT Group where he was an Executive Vice President and Treasurer since 1999 and President of Consumer Finance since 2012.
