Ameriprise Financial Inc. Profit Rises 141% In Q3

(RTTNews) - Ameriprise Financial Inc. (AMP) revealed earnings for its third quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $548 million, or $3.53 per share. This was up from $227 million, or $1.37 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 0.7% to $2.98 billion. This was down from $3.00 billion last year.
