LINYI CITY, China, July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/--American Lorain Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE American: ALN) announced receipt of notice that the NYSE American LLC accepted the Company's plan for continued listing.  As a result, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE American, subject to quarterly reviews by NYSE Regulation to ensure progress toward its plan to restore compliance with continued listing.  On April 18, 2018, American Lorain Corporation received notice for non-compliance with Sections 1003(a)(i) and 1003(a)(ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide.
