American Airlines Reports October Traffic
FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Airlines, the world's largest airline, reported an October load factor of 77.5 percent -- an increase of 0.4 points compared to the same period last year. Traffic increased 2.3 percent year over year as capacity increased 1.8 percent.
Domestic traffic increased 0.4 percent year over year on 0.1 percent more capacity. International traffic increased by 6.1 percent relative to last year on a capacity increase of 4.7 percent.
