AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. Reveals 11% Increase In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (AB) reported earnings for its third quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $48.27 million, or $0.51 per share. This was higher than $43.43 million, or $0.45 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.52 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.7% to $660.56 million. This was up from $613.38 million last year.
