Ajilon Professional Staffing Names New Senior Vice President, Cyndi McDermott, to Head West Coast

Ajilon Professional Staffing, a unit of Adecco (NYSE:ADO), the world's largest staffing firm, announced today that seniorregional vice president, Cyndi McDermott has been promoted to seniorvice president. In her new role, McDermott will be responsible for allAjilon Finance and Ajilon Office operations in California and thePacific Northwest and will serve on the company's executive team.Additionally, she will look to expand business and develop leadershipteams throughout the West Coast region and will continue to be avaluable resource in increasing public relations and marketinginitiatives.

McDermott began her career with Ajilon as a branch manager in1998. During her seven years with the company she has grown the OrangeCounty and San Diego regions into two of the most profitable andfastest growing regions in the company. She has been instrumental inthe opening of eight Ajilon Office and three Ajilon Finance branchesas well as the Orange County Ajilon Solutions division. McDermott isknown for her ability to build outstanding teams, develop key leadersand play vital roles in company-wide initiatives.
