AIM Investments(R) Announces Management Change on AIM Trimark Endeavor Fund

AIM Investments announced today that Clayton Zacharias has been named lead portfolio manager of AIM Trimark Endeavor Fund. Mr. Zacharias replaces Geoff MacDonald, who has announced his intention to leave AIM Trimark Investments, the fund’s sub-advisor. AIM Investments and AIM Trimark Investments are part of INVESCO PLC. Mr. Zacharias joined Mr. MacDonald as a portfolio manager of AIM Trimark Endeavor Fund in February 2007 and has more than 13 years of financial services experience. He has been a member of the management team at AIM Trimark Investments since 2002, working closely with Mr. MacDonald as an analyst and portfolio manager. Mr. Zacharias is a CFA charterholder.
