Total revenue for the quarter improved from last year and topped the consensus estimate. The company expects fourth quarter revenue to improve 4 percent to 6 percent, on a constant currency basis.

Decliners:

Jabil Circuit Inc. (JBL) declined 4 percent to $23.00. The company's fourth quarter results topped Wall Street view. Meanwhile, the company forecast first quarter results below analysts' expectations.
