After-market Movers For July 29 (HLF, X, AGNC, ARRY, GIMO, NATI)

(RTTNews) - Gainers:

Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) gained over 5 percent to $64.01. The company's second quarter profit and net sales were higher than the year-ago quarter and were above Wall Street view. The company also raised its earnings outlook for the full year 2013.

United States Steel Corp. (X) was up 0.63 percent to $19.10. The company slipped to a loss in its second quarter, but was above Street view. Sales for the quarter declined and also missed the consensus estimate.

American Capital Agency Corp. (AGNC) rose almost 6 percent to $23.15 following the release of its quarterly results. The company noted that its exposure to higher rates is lower than it has been in years and its'pay-up' risk is now minimal.

Array BioPharma, Inc. (ARRY) improved 8 percent to $6.80. The company announced a strategic collaboration with Celgene Corp. (CELG) for preclinical development program targeting a novel inflammation pathway. The company said it will receive an up-front payment of $11 million and also entitled to receive potential milestone payments of up to $376 million.

Gigamon Inc. (GIMO) rose 9 percent to $34.50. The company slipped to a net loss in its second quarter. In its first quarter as a public company, revenues improved 44 percent.

Decliners:

National Instruments Corp. (NATI) declined 7 percent to $28.27. The company's second quarter profit declined from the year-ago quarter. Total net sales came below the consensus estimate. The company said it continues to be conservative in planning for the third quarter citing weak industry conditions.
