After-market Movers For April 20 (IBM, LRCX, FTNT, SANM)

(RTTNews) - Gainers:

International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) gained four tenths of a percent to $166.78. The company's first quarter profit topped Wall Street view. Total revenues from continuing operations declined 11.9 percent as reported, while flat year-to-year adjusting for currency and divested businesses. IBM also maintained its full-year expectations.

Lam Research Corp. (LRCX) was up 8 percent to $77.80 as the company's third quarter results beat Wall Street view.

Fortinet Inc. (FTNT) rose over 7 percent to $37.30. The company's third quarter earnings plunged from the year-ago quarter, while its non-GAAP earnings per share topped Street view. Total revenue increased 26 percent and also topped the consensus estimate.

Decliners:

Sanmina Corp. (SANM) fell 11 percent to $20.75 as its second quarter results missed Wall Street view. The company guided third quarter results below analysts' estimate citing continued headwind in its communications networks segment, partly offset by growth in the industrial, medical and defense segments.
