AECOM Issues FY17 Guidance; Names Kadenacy President & COO

(RTTNews) - AECOM (ACM) said the company is initiating fiscal 2017 adjusted EPS guidance of $2.70 to $3.10, which includes approximately $0.20 of anticipated gains related to AECOM Capital realizations. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report profit per share of $3.21. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company also announced Stephen Kadenacy, in addition to his existing operational duties as president, has been given the added title of chief operating officer. Kadenacy will continue to be responsible for AECOM's global operations, and oversee strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
